1. Main Screen

+ HYNC's simple main screen provides the operator easy to navigate all screen to access.
+ The top right corner displays the current open mold file.
+ The Login Access Function allows qualified personnel to change mold file settings/assign log-in tiers.
+ HYNC's homing screen makes it simple to clear mixed signals, machine interface, and user output.
+ J-motion selection can be turned on/off for certain mold files.
+ The system turn-off key makes sure to follow up on step procedures.

2. Manual Screen

+ Manual operation with safety built-in to machine interface

+ Adjustable speed controls in manual mode

+ Actual Position displays in screen

+ Vacuum or Gripper circuit Valve operation

+ User Output Operation to generate 24 Volt DC

+ Soft Membrane button outside of touchscreen for operation of each servo axis & chuck rotation

+ Input/output/Machine Interface signal display with LED style icon on Touch Screen for easy maintenance

+ When robot arm goes in to molding area, Robot doesn't allow mold close for built-in safety

3. Mold File Screen

+ Create new programs with one-touch button

+ Open exisiting saved programs to recall mold files

+ Copy exisiting mold files with different names with pattern of motion with or without the position

+ Rename mold files

+ Delete mold files

+ Back up files straight to the controller

+ Restore previously backed-up files from inside of the controller

+ Back up to Laptop via USB with RS-232 connection

+ Saved/selected mold selection allows robot control function of each mold

+ Verifies that mold files are in the right position for each step

4. Step Set Screen

+ Easily program for any molding automation with simple add-step function (4 Basic Safety Position)

+ Basic parts take-out step is only 4 lines/4 steps

+ Add Position/Motion can add up to 80 steps - easily set up gate-cutting or other applications

+ Simultaneous & coordinated motion control for each axis

5. Automatic Screen

+ Start/Stop for Auto Production with automatic interface for molding machines

+ Dry 1 cycle to allow only machine to run in 1 Cycle without machine operation yet still checking interface safety

+ Auto Button will start molding machine automatically

+ Reset Total Production Counter (Goal & Current will blink on robot beam)

+ 1 Cycle Fast Operation, Pause and Restart in Auto

+ Adjustable speed controls in auto (while robot is in operation)

+ Adjustable Position controls in auto (while robot is in operation)

+ Rejected Signal will separate parts to desired position (Either from molding machine or secondary automation)

+ Palletizing screen checks current stacking status

6. Palletizing Screen

+ In Release step, built-in palletizing screen allows operator to use stacking

+ From release position, up to 99 different position for each axis with distance

+ Built-in safety of stroke to check palletizing program safety will not allow robot to be out of operation range

+ Main Position can be a different position for each stacking cycle

+ Sub Position is for multi-cavity release positons in 1 cycle (specifically designed for automotive industry for dual cavity separation)

+ Operator's simple input allows complete stacking function

+ Built-in stacking signal allows communication to secondary automation like conveyor or stacking machine

PC Connection with RS-232

Mold File Management screen has TP->PC (Upload Mold Files to Computer)

+ Connect Laptop to RS-232 with USB Cable
*Connect power to Laptop: 110 Volts Power to laptop required

+ Power On and Open File Manager program (HYRobotics)

+ Select Connected USB Port (Example: COM3, COM 4, COM 5, etc.)

+ Windows 7 will Auto-Detect; Windows XP might require special driver to convert USB to RS-232

+ Once connected, select Mold File with Up/Down Arrow cursor, Press TP->PC to transfer files to Laptop

+ Once uploaded, an automatic save screen will pop up on your computer to select file storage location

+ Select storage location and save mold file for future use

PC Connection Software (Free Download)

+ Connect Laptop to RS-232 with USB Cable

+ Power on and open File Manager program (HYRobotics)

+ Select which port is connected to the USB (Ex: COM3, COM 4, etc.)

+ Windows 7 will auto-detect; Windows XP might require special driver to convert USB to RS-232

+ Once connected, Touch: Red Icon: Data Download (PC->Touch Panel)

+ It will open screen to select file (Robot with matching controller are required for safety/Mold can’t be modified from laptop)

+ Once download, the mold file will automatically be added on the next line with same name/different number
