MUGE:iN System
MORE INFORMATION:

-
Reduce additional labor costs required for manual detection/recording
-
Reduce defective product
-
Prevent excess costs from over-molding
-
Set up machine standard condition after collecting & monitoring data
-
Return to saved data to check for quality
-
Weight-Detection Device on the robot's arm
-
Defective products will be discarded by programming a standard weight & discard position
-
Automatically saved, real-time data is available for PC download or via smartphone

-
Tolerance: 100g~20000g +/- 3g (Subject to +/- 1-2g inaccuracy is severe conditions)
-
No effect on cycle time
-
Individually set up Max 2 cavities

TEMP:iN System
HYRobotics TEMP:iN System is measuring Mold surface Temperature variance of each cycle of production to detect any change of molding environment during the production cycle.

-
Tolerance: at least +/- 1*C
-
No effect on cycle time (0.5 sec)
-
MAX 4 points
-
Economic: compared to Thermistor Scale
- No need for mold sensor
- detect temp/collect data in real time -
Ability to detect both the temperature of the mold surface and the temperature of the product surface
-
Manage the temperature data during and after each cycle to prevent the production of defective products

-
Temperature-Detection Device on the robot's arm (Infrared Sensor)
-
Defective products are discarded when a standard temperature value and discard positions are programmed
-
Optional alarm notification when the temperature exceeds set value
-
Automatically saved, real-time data is available for PC download or via smartphone

NEUT:iN System
HYRobotics NEUT:iN System eliminates static from mold opening, before the robot arm takes parts from the mold, and also removes static after removal of parts.

-
Photo-Type Ionizer on the robot's arm
-
Removes electrostatic during take-out process
-
Removal is instantaneous by using a Beam Method (not air compression)
-
Remove initial electrostatics after mold open process (normally more than 20,000 Voltage)
-
Reduce labor expense and equipment costs
-
Prevent dust adhesion due to polluted air caused during Air Compression Method
-
Can be attached to any part of the robot arm (no need for air tubing)

-
Static Removal: more than 95% (less than 100V)
-
Removal Time: 1~2 sec (No effect on cycle time)
-
Removing Area: 60 cm diameter/20 cm distance

HYROBOTICS Total Conversion System
HYRobotics Total Conversion System is comprised of a combination of all three of our secondary management systems. The TCS will assist plant managers by conducting a full overview of the molding cell - including monitoring the weight of each molded parts, noting any temperature changes during each cycle with cycle data, and eliminating static from parts after removal from the molding chamber without dust contamination.
